The Challenge
To launch a new gym in a saturated market and rapidly build a foundational membership base. The goal was to stand out from established competitors and create a strong brand identity from day one.
Our Solution
We devised a high-energy social media launch campaign centered around the hashtag #KineticStart. This included producing a series of dynamic video ads for Instagram and Facebook, partnering with local fitness influencers for sponsored content, and running a pre-opening membership discount exclusively through social channels. We also organized a live-streamed launch event featuring fitness challenges.
